Rejuvenated Nicanor in Arkle picture

Nicanor – the first horse to beat Denman under Rules – could return to the scene of his finest hour for a crack at the Irish Independent Arkle Trophy at Cheltenham in March.

Trainer Noel Meade was thrilled with the performance of his nine-year-old, who was only narrowly beaten in a hot novice chase at Fairyhouse last Sunday.
