This afternoon’s meeting at Lingfield will have to pass a further inspection at 8.30am if it is to go ahead as scheduled.
Although racing went ahead without incident on Friday, clerk of the course Neil MacKenzie Ross announced a 6.30am precautionary inspection in view of the weather forecast.
