Fairyhouse ready to race

A dramatic change in fortunes has seen the ground dry out at Fairyhouse and officials are expecting tomorrow’s star-studded card to pass without incident.

A total of 34 millimetres of rain fell in the space of a few hours on Sunday morning to wash away that afternoon’s card, after which the Bar One Racing Novice Hurdle and two other Grade One races were rescheduled for Wednesday afternoon.
