Lavelle mulls Court campaign
Kangaroo Court is in top shape after maintaining his unbeaten record over fences at the weekend.
Much of the attention over the Christmas Party Nights At Cheltenham Novices' Chase was about the fact the small field had to race on a small section of the hurdle course when part of the chase track was taped off.
However, it could not detract from a smart performance from Emma Lavelle's runner.
Along with Crack Away Jack and Coral Cup third Pause And Clause, he is one of a smart bunch of novice chasers at Cottage Stables near Andover.
Lavelle said: "He has been absolutely perfect after Cheltenham, we just need to sit down and have a bit of a think with him.
"Unlike Crack Away Jack, he needs top of the ground so we will have a look at what options there are before we put him away for the spring.
"Pause And Clause is ready to run and as there's rain forecast, we'll just have a think about where he goes too."
