Ahmed Ajtebi upstaged Frankie Dettori by beating Godolphin's number one jockey into third as the Dubai national struck aboard Vale Of York in the Peter Willett Stakes at Goodwood today.

Ahmed Ajtebi upstaged Frankie Dettori by beating Godolphin's number one jockey into third as the Dubai national struck aboard Vale Of York in the Peter Willett Stakes at Goodwood today.

The Listed prize brought up Ajtebi's 10th British success of the year, and followed hot on the heels of his Group Three win in France last weekend.
