Redcar option for Lady Darshaan

Lady Darshaan may be aimed at the totescoop6 Two-Year-Old Trophy, a race her half-brother Total Galley won last autumn.

The valuable six-furlong contest at Redcar on October 3 is one of several races trainer Stan Moore is considering for the daughter of High Chaparral.

“I think she’s going to be top drawer as the best thing about her is she will get the mile,” said the Upper Lambourn-based handler.

“She’s in the Fillies’ Mile at Ascot, the Cheveley Park, the Redcar Two-Year-Old Trophy and the Rockfel at Newmarket.

“She’s already won a conditions race over five furlongs, then she was third in the Cherry Hinton over six.

“I think as a three-year-old she could be good enough take her chance in the Classics.

“A mile will be no trouble to her.”
