Conduit in line for Sandown return
Michael Stoute's Breeders' Cup Turf hero Conduit could make his eagerly-anticipated return to action in the Blue Square Brigadier Gerard Stakes at Sandown on Thursday.
The chestnut enjoyed a fantastic campaign as a three-year-old, winning the St Leger at Doncaster before supplementing that Classic success when heading Stateside.
Among his possible rivals in the 10-furlong heat are Michael Bell's Allied Powers and Godolphin inmate Campanologist.
John Gosden could be represented by the consistent Pipedreamer, while Blue Monday, Ordnance Row, Scintillo and Staying On are other interesting contenders.
