Head bemused by D'or Dubai flop

Freddie Head is still at a loss to explain the disappointing display of Marchand D’Or in the Dubai Golden Shaheen at Nad Al Sheba last month.

The six-year-old was crowned Europe’s champion sprinter last season after securing three Group One prizes, including the July Cup at Newmarket.
