Imperial Commander takes victory at Ryanair Chase

Imperial Commander made most of the running under Paddy Brennan to win the Ryanair Chase at the Cheltenham Festival.

The 6-1 chance jumped with great fluency throughout the two-mile-five-furlong contest and had most of his rivals hard at work after clearing the third-last.

Voy Por Ustedes looked a threat turning for home, but Imperial Commander galloped away to score by two lengths from the red-hot 4-5 favourite.
