Sizing Europe takes Leopardstown chance
Sizing Europe has been given the all-clear to run in the Leopardstown Golf Centre December Festival Hurdle at the Dublin track this afternoon.
The six-year-old’s participation in the Grade One contest had been in doubt after he was found to have bruised a foot on Sunday.
His trainer Henry de Bromhead had the problem treated and the horse was 100% sound this morning.
“Everything’s perfect. He’s good so he’s gone up there and he’s going to run,” said the Co Waterford-based handler.
“We just gave him a little jog this morning and he was fine.”
