Jockey Oliver booked to ride Mad Rush in Caulfield Cup

Australian champion jockey Damien Oliver has been booked to ride Mad Rush in the BMW Caulfield Cup – with a view to taking the mount in next month’s Emirates Melbourne Cup.

Luca Cumani’s four-year-old has not been seen since finishing second in a Group Two event at Deauville in August but this morning enjoyed a spin at Sandown in Australia under Oliver.
