Kinane takes White ride
Mick Kinane has been booked to partner Little White Lie in the totesport.com Cambridgeshire for trainer John Jenkins.
The four-year-old appears to have had a new lease of life since being bought out of Ger Lyons' yard and has yet to finish out of the first three in five starts for his new handler.
One of those performances included a victory in the Bunbury Cup on Newmarket's July course while he ran a fine race to finish second off a career-high mark at Goodwood last time.
"Little White Lie is doing fine and we decided that his next run was going to be the Cambridgeshire after he ran at Goodwood last time, so we’ll give it a go," said Jenkins.
"I'm really pleased with the horse, he has run ever so well for me and he seems in good heart at the moment.
"We're looking forward to the day and a drop of rain would help but that's supposed to be coming this week.
"The trip won't be a problem. I think he'll stay the nine furlongs, he certainly races as if he'll stay. Mick Kinane rides him."
Little White Lie can be backed at 25-1 with Paddy Power for Saturday's handicap.
