Stack takes pride in Heroine
A trip to Newmarket could be on the cards for Ladbrokes St Leger runner-up Unsung Heroine.
Having won on her first two outings, the daughter of High Chaparral ran a mighty race on Town Moor to finish just three lengths behind Conduit in the season's final Classic.
Although no firm decision has been made yet, the newly-formed Pride Stakes, a Group Two event for fillies over a mile and a half, is the likely next port of call for Stack's stable star.
"Unsung Heroine is very well and if she is going to run anywhere again this season, it will be in the Pride Stakes at Newmarket on Champion Stakes day (October 18)," said Stack.
"We are very happy with her but we will give her a piece of work in a couple weeks and see how she goes there.
"We will make a decision after that."
