Neil Callan is hoping lightning can strike twice for Advanced in tomorrow’s John Smith’s Ayr Gold Cup.

Kevin Ryan’s sprinter sprang a 20-1 surprise under Jamie Spencer last season, with the joint-champion jockey standing in for the stable rider who was in Spain sitting out a suspension.
