Jack on travels again

Hughie Morrison heads across Europe this weekend as Intrepid Jack makes his next appearance.

The Hungerford Stakes winner cut no ice behind Marchand D’Or in the Prix Maurice De Gheest at Deauville on his last start but is off on his travels again to contest the 138th Goldene Peitsche.

“He’s running in a Group Two in Germany on Sunday,” said the trainer.

“He’s a Group Three winner already and he just likes decent ground. I don’t believe they are going to water over there.”
