Waterlogged Newcastle abandoned

Monday afternoon's meeting at Newcastle has been abandoned due to waterlogging following an 8am inspection.

Officials at Gosforth Park had already been forced to abandon a meeting on Friday but had hopes that a couple of dry days would enable them to race on Monday.
