Tralee to go ahead following afternoon inspection

Tomorrow’s meeting at Tralee goes ahead as scheduled after the track passed a 3pm inspection.

The course had fallen foul of the weather earlier this week with the first four days of their meeting cancelled due to waterlogging.

However, the track will stage three cards next week, as well as tomorrow afternoon’s National Hunt fixture.

“Saturday’s meeting at Tralee will go ahead after the track passed a 3pm inspection,” said Irish Turf Club press officer Cliff Noone.

“They have had two dry days and although the ground is still heavy, they are fine to race.”
