Seven races on card for day five of Galway Races
The fifth day of the Galway Races takes place this evening, with a seven-race card due to get underway at 5.10pm.
Nina Carberry will be hoping to open her festival account in the Guinness Handicap Hurdle on board Connemara Rose.
Tom Mullins' Cristal Island, meanwhile, is a likely short-price favourite in the day's second event, the Guinness Auction Maiden.
The feature event is the Guinness Handicap at 6.50pm, with Mick Kinane at the head of the market on board on board Tony Martin's Salute Him.
Willie Mullins' Tango Foxtrot will be seeking back-to-back wins over Pat Smullen, while Jessica Harrington's The Last Hurrah is another to be considered.
