O'Brien wins at Curragh with Plan

Aidan O'Brien's decision to skip the John Smith's Cup at York with Plan was rewarded as he wore down Regime close to home to land the Keeneland International Stakes.

The three-year-old had been under consideration for the valuable handicap on the Knavesmire but O’Brien instead plumped for the Group Three prize in his homeland.
