Ibn Khaldun will miss the Boylesports Irish 2000 Guineas on Saturday despite pleasing connections on the gallops this morning.

Last season’s Racing Post Trophy winner was well-fancied for the English version earlier in the month but trailed home a disappointing 10th behind Henrythenavigator at Newmarket.
