Kurten second in German grand prix qualifier

Jessica Kurten collected her second runner-up prize at the three-star show in Neumunster, Germany this evening, when finishing behind Holland's Angelique Hoorn in the 1m50 Grand Prix Qualifier on

the 12 year-old 'Castle Forbes Cadeau Z'.

Earlier, the 38 year-old Irish rider had a similar finish in the Youngster Cup qualifier for seven and eight year-old horses when she slotted 'Quidana' in behind Germany's Christian Ahlmann and his

winning eight year-old Holsteiner 'Abano'.
