Meath duo in December shake-up
Noel Meade could send Aitmatov and Jazz Messenger for the bewleyshotels.com December Festival Hurdle at Leopardstown on Saturday.
Hatton's Grace winner Aitmatov has made great progress this season, landing all three starts so far, while Jazz Messenger, who took Kempton's Christmas Hurdle a year ago, is also unbeaten during the winter.
"There is a possibility both will run at Leopardstown," said Meade. "I'll definitely run one of them - but might run the two."
The Grade One event has a roll of honour to match any other, having been won four times by Istabraq.
Moscow Flyer also obliged in 2000, while Brave Inca has emerged the winner for the last two years.
