Bangor passes inspection

This afternoon’s meeting at Bangor goes ahead after the track passed an inspection.

Clerk of the course Ed Gretton brought forward his planned 7am check after a mild night.

He said: “We’re absolutely fine, no problems at all.

“We had a quick look but the weather forecast proved inaccurate and we did not drop below zero.”
