Ibn Khaldun takes the leap from nurseries to Pattern company in the Deloitte Autumn Stakes at Ascot on Saturday.

The impeccably-bred two-year-old colt gets his chance in this Group Three over a mile after a smooth victory over seven furlongs at the Berkshire track two weeks ago.
