Aqaleem set for Leger warm-up

Aqaleem will face nine rivals in Tuesday’s Gordon Stakes at Goodwood as he bids to book his place in the St Leger line-up.

Marcus Tregoning’s colt finished a creditable third behind Authorized in the Vodafone Derby on his last start and is a 9-2 shot with sponsors Ladbrokes for the Leger at Doncaster on September 15.
