Windsor gets go-ahead
Windsor have passed an 8am inspection and racing will go ahead this evening.
The track were forced to abandon Sunday’s fixture due to waterlogging but a dry spell of weather has seen conditions improve over the last 24 hours.
Clerk of the course Gemma Charrington said: “We had a nice dry day yesterday and it was dry overnight with a breeze and that has really helped us.
“We are heavy but the dry spell has let the waterlogged places drain. We have moved the bend in 12 yards to give fresh ground and moved the far rail between the three-furlong marker and the winning post for the same reason.”
