Kurten takes third in Monte Carlo

IRELAND'S Jessica Kurten stepped up a gear tonight when taking a third place in the big 1m50 competition at Monte Carlo with Lady Georgina Forbes's 'Castle Forbes Libertina'.

Earlier, the 37 year-old German-based rider had finished fifth in the speed class with the ten year-old bay gelding 'Jipey Dark', which belongs to Lady Moira Forbes.
