The seven-year-old, owned by JP McManus, is fresh from a victory over hurdles at Fairyhouse earlier this month.

Peter Bowen has five possibles headed by Take The Stand, who took this handicap chase over an extended four miles in 2004.

Bowen also has Ballycassidy, Burren Moonshine, Irish Wolf and Mr Ed.

Champion trainer Paul Nicholls is considering the big race for Pak Jack, Royal Auclair and Sweet Diversion while David Pipe has Classified, My Immortal, Red Echo and Tanterari.

Other interesting entries include Brendan Powell’s Colonel Frank, Sue Smith’s duo Rare Society and The Kew Tour plus the Philip Hobbs-trained Tom Sayers and Tribal Venture.
