Ripon pass morning inspection
This evening’s meeting at Ripon has passed a 7.30am inspection and will go ahead as scheduled.
Although Wednesday’s evening card at the North Yorkshire venue was abandoned due to waterlogging, the condition of the track has improved significantly over the last 24 hours.
Clerk of the course James Hutchinson confirmed: “It’s a dry, breezy morning and we are racing.
“We have benefited from a dry night so it’s all systems go.”
Racing begins at 6.50pm and the going is currently soft.
