Connections of Major Cadeaux are keeping their options open after the colt finished a close sixth in the Stan James 2000 Guineas despite spreading a plate on the day of the race.

The July Cup over six furlongs and the one-mile St James’s Palace Stakes are just two of the races being considered for the Greenham Stakes winner.
