Stack takes aim at Curragh prize

Tommy Stack could be triple-handed in the Coolmore Stakes, a Listed race for two-year-olds, at the Curragh on Monday.

The Cashel trainer is considering running the colt Another Express and fillies The Loan Express and Shivering in the five-furlong contest.

“At the moment all three are likely to run in the same race,” said Stack’s son Fozzy.

“They are all possibles for Royal Ascot at the minute, but there’s a long time between now and then.”

Another Express made a particularly pleasing debut at the Curragh recently.

“He’s fine and he’s strengthened up since. He’s done what you’d like to see him do,” added Stack.
