Dutch Art faces a key workout tomorrow as connections consider a run in Saturday’s Lane’s End Greenham Stakes at Newbury.

The Peter Chapple-Hyam-trained colt is a best-priced 5-1 second-favourite with Coral for the Stan James 2000 Guineas after bagging both the Prix Morny and Middle Park Stakes last season.

Chapple-Hyam said: “It’s more than likely he will run in the Greenham, but I will work him tomorrow and if he works superbly, I might just send him straight to the Guineas.”

The Newmarket handler also has last year’s Coventry Stakes third Tariq entered in the Greenham.
