Gowran given go-ahead

This afternoon’s National Hunt meeting at Gowran Park will go ahead as planned after officials were able to give the go-ahead prior to a scheduled 8am inspection.

Heavy snow and sleet hit the course yesterday to put the fixture in doubt but, after a better night, conditions were deemed safe for racing.
