This afternoon’s meeting at Uttoxeter will go ahead as planned after a dry night at the Midlands track.

16 millimetres of rain fell yesterday at the course but none after 5pm and thankfully all areas of standing water have now disappeared, however clerk of the course Keith Ottesen warned that conditions will be very testing.
