Heart Beat made an impressive winning debut in the seven-furlong conditions race at Nad Al Sheba this evening in what was the feature event of the first UAE meeting of 2007.

The South African-foaled three-year-old was given a confident ride by Ted Durcan, who settled the horse in mid-division before making smooth progress in the straight to swamp stable companion Dubai Jewel well inside the final furlong.
