Nickname gets success in Leopardstown

The Martin Brassil trained Nickname has won the Paddy Power Dial-A-Bet Chase at Leopardstown.

He defeated the 6/4 favourite Central House and Jim, which initially set a frantic pace.

Hi Cloy, successful last year, looked a huge threat.

However, Jim crashed out at the second-last, hampering Hi Cloy and leaving Nickname as the main danger.

The 5/2 horse came through with Central House coming in second.
