Trainers Moore and Meade major victors in Naas
The combination of Barry Geraghty and Edward O'Grady has scored well at Naas this afternoon.
Trainers Arthur Moore and Noel Meade both enjoyed doubles at Naas today, while Edward O'Grady's Catchmeal was the star of the show as he landed the Firshery lane hurdle under Barry Geraghty in great style.
A top class flat horse in Germany last season Cashman made much of the running to defeat Breathing Fire by seven lengths.
"I think he stepped up a bit from his first run and I hope he keeps stepping up," O'Grady said.
Arthur Moore’s the Railwayman came home to an easy five-length winner in the opening Racing Again at Naas as Aran Concerto finished sixth after crashed into the second last hurdle.
Well Tutored, also under Moore, also won in the www.tote.ie Handicap Chase.
The Noel Meade and Paul Carberry combination continues in tremendous form with Jaamid and Cavallo Classico winning the Morrin Mortages Handicap Hurdle and the Handicap Chase respectively.
Also, Young Desperado, at 20/1, shocked punters coming in first in the Irish Stallion Farms EBF Beginners Chase.
