Catterick gets go-ahead

This afternoon's meeting at Catterick will go ahead after the track passed a 7.30am inspection.

Clerk of the course Jonjo Sanderson is expecting conditions to be testing for their final Flat meeting of the year but the fixture is on after a dry night at the track.

He said: “We had a dry night last night and a strong wind has been blowing all night and is still blowing now. If anything, it might be drying marginally but we will have another look at that later. It is heavy and will be very testing going.”
