Librettist claims Moulin glory
Librettist made virtually all the running in the hands of Frankie Dettori to win the Prix du Moulin at Longchamp.
The Saeed bin Suroor-trained four-year-old followed up last month’s win in the Prix Jacques le Marois at Deauville to land his seventh race from eight career starts.
Librettist was all out to hold the strong late challenges of Stormy River and Manduro to lift the Group One race over a mile, with Kieren Fallon’s mount Aussie Rules, trained by Aidan O’Brien, fourth.
