Weld hoping to make history with Ansar in Galway Plate

Ansar could become the first horse in more than 100 years to win the Galway Plate for a third consecutive year today.

Ruby Walsh will be on board as Curragh-based trainer Dermot Weld attempts to equal the record set by Tipperary Boy in 1902.

Ursumman was second in the big race last year.
