Kieren Fallon’s appeal against his riding ban in Britain will be heard in the High Court at 10am next Thursday.

Following a directions hearing this morning, the six-times champion jockey’s case will be heard in the Queen’s Bench division of the High Court at the Royal Courts of Justice, although Fallon himself is unlikely to be in attendance.
