Partial appeal success for Flood

Former trainer David Flood has been partially successfully in his appeal to the Horseracing Regulatory Authority against a two-year suspension.

Although he is still warned off for two years with effect from tomorrow, he can seek employment in racing after 12 months rather than after 17 months.
