The Michael Jarvis-trained Hala Bek will not run in the totesport Dante Stakes at York on Thursday and a Vodafone Derby bid is now on hold.

The son of Halling won his only start to date at Newbury in striking fashion and is as low as 8-1 in some lists for the Epsom Classic.
