Deep makes huge impact
Japanese superstar Deep Impact strolled to a four length victory in the Grade One Tenno Sho this morning.
The four-year-old has only tasted defeat once in 10 starts with four victories coming at the highest level.
After he was settled in mid-division by Yutake Take in the two mile contest he eased into the lead with three furlongs to run and never looked in any danger.
The only horse to have beaten Deep Impact is Heart’s Cry who was last seen beating Collier Hill in the Dubai Sheema Classic in March.
