Easy Air could run at Lingfield on Monday after being taken out of tomorrow’s intercasino.co.uk Easter Stakes at Kempton at the overnight stage.

Trainer Ed Dunlop is considering the Hblb Lingfield Park Leisure Club Handicap for the son of Zafonic, who won his only start to date on the all-weather surface at the Surrey track in November.

“He may well run on Monday due to a lack of opportunities. He is a horse we’ve liked a lot and is a half-brother to Court Masterpiece,” the Newmarket-based handler told his official website, www.edunlop.com.

“The handicapper has assessed him at 77 so, realistically, it makes sense to head for a handicap and then that will give us a chance to see where we are going with him.”

Easy Air’s victory came over six furlongs while Monday’s contest is over seven.
