Zaiyad set for Sunalliance
Zaiyad, a surprise inclusion in the 21 declarations for tomorrow’s Anglo Irish Bank Supreme Novices’ Hurdle at Cheltenham, will miss the race after being left in through an administrative errr.
The Sadler’s Wells gelding was never an intended runner for trainer Arnaud Chaille-Chaille, with Wednesday’s Royal & SunAlliance Novices’ Hurdle over two miles and five furlongs the real target.
Herve Barjot, racing manager to owner Sean Mulryan, said: “It was a mistake by France-Galop which was quickly recognised.
“The horse is fine and runs on Wednesday which has always been the plan.”
