Market Rasen will inspect

Market Rasen have called an 8am inspection ahead of Sunday’s meeting due to an unsettled forecast.

The going at the Lincolnshire venue is currently described as heavy, soft in places by clerk of the course Nick Patton.

“We are forecast a few scattered showers and there might even be a touch of snow,” he said.

“We will have to take a look but we are hopeful of racing – it will be testing ground though.”
