Ludlow delays inspection

Ludlow has put back a planned 8am inspection until 10am after a harsh overnight frost.

Temperatures dropped well below freezing prompting clerk of the course Bob Davies to delay the inspection by two hours.

He explained: “We are trying to give this afternoon’s meeting every chance of going ahead. It went to minus six here but the sun is just coming up and we have a clear sky so we are hoping for some help there.”
