Taunton take a look

Taunton have called a 7am inspection due to the threat of overnight frost.

Clerk of the course Michael Trickey said: “We seem to be the only place in the country where there is still frost, which is annoying.

“Temperatures are due to creep up to plus five today and if it (the frost) comes out of the ground, we should be fine. If not, we could be left with one of those cliff-hangers.”

The going for the six-race card, which is scheduled to begin at 1.40pm, is currently good to soft, soft in places.
