Ludlow passes inspection

This afternoon’s meeting at Ludlow goes ahead after the track passed an 8am inspection.

Although temperatures dipped below freezing overnight, clerk of the course Bob Davies is now satisfied with conditions at the track.

He said: “It went down to minus one but that was early in the evening and temperatures rose after that. There is a bit of ground frost but nothing to worry about so racing goes ahead.”
